What homes will be available?

Will the developer build the homes?
Yes. The developer will construct all homes within the estate, with the exception of the bespoke homes on the single residential stands, which will be individually designed in accordance with the Estate Design Guidelines.
What security measures will be in place?
The estate will offer 24-hour security with controlled access, monitored entry points, and electrified perimeter fencing to provide residents with peace of mind and secure estate living.
Will the development be released in phases?
Yes. Pieterkoen Gardens will be developed over four phases, beginning with Phase 1, which will introduce a selection of approximately 90 homes across a variety of housing types.
When is construction expected to begin?
Civil infrastructure work for Phase 1 is currently underway, with residential construction anticipated to commence in January 2027.
What lifestyle amenities are planned?

Who are the developers?
The development is being undertaken by Pieterkoen Development Company and is fully funded by Klein Karoo Fonds, a private property development fund with more than two decades of property development experience in the Southern Cape.
Why should I complete an enquiry form?
The pre-launch phase gives prospective homeowners and investors the opportunity to register their interest ahead of the official sales launch. Registered parties will receive early access to development information and priority consideration when homes are released.
When will sales launch?
The official sales launch is currently planned for August 2026.
Will I be able to reserve a home before launch?
Yes. Buyers who register their interest during the pre-launch phase will receive priority access to the sales release and will have the first opportunity to secure their preferred homes before the public launch.
